The Manhattan Center first constructed at 1972 is a 102 meters skyscraper in the center of Brussels.
Renovation works on the Manhattan Centre started last year and expected to be completed in 2019. Architects will design a new tower around the existing structure, which would be preserved.
With two extra levels added to the top of the building, the tower will number 30 floors once complete.
